SAFEGUARDING AT SPRINGDALES SCHOOL DUBAI 

At Springdales, the safety and well-being of our students are of paramount importance. We are committed to creating a secure and supportive environment where every student can thrive. Our comprehensive safeguarding policies and procedures are designed to protect our students from harm, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. 

Our Commitment 

Child Protection: We have robust measures in place to protect children from abuse, neglect, and exploitation. Our staff are trained to recognize and respond to signs of harm. 

Safe Environment: We maintain a safe physical environment with secure access controls, regular safety drills, and appropriate supervision. 

Well-Being Support: We offer mental health resources and counselling services to support the emotional and psychological well-being of our students. 

Inclusive Practices: We are dedicated to creating an inclusive environment where all students feel valued and respected, regardless of their background or circumstances. 

Staff Training: All staff undergo regular safeguarding training to stay updated on best practices and legal requirements.  

Partnerships: We work closely with parents, guardians, and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to safeguarding. Effective communication and collaboration are key to protecting our students.

We have a dedicated Safeguarding Team to ensure the safety and well-being of all students. They are trained to handle any concerns with sensitivity and confidentiality. The team includes:

Reporting Concerns 

If you have any concerns about the safety or well-being of a student, please do not hesitate to contact our Designated Safeguarding Leads (DSL) or any member of our safeguarding team. We take all reports seriously and will act promptly to address any issues. 

At Springdales, safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. Together, we can ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all our students.
